How Custom Printing Works

Every piece we sell can be made yours. Here's exactly how it works — no guesswork, no waiting on email threads.

1. Pick your piece

Start with any product in the shop. On our graphic tees, choose Add Customizable Back +$5 if you want your own design on the back. On our blank tees, tanks, totes, aprons, and backpacks, the whole thing is yours to design from scratch.

2. Open the design studio

Tap the Customize button on the product page. A full design studio opens right there — no account, no separate app, no downloads. Inside you can:

Upload your own image. A photo, a logo, artwork you made, a picture of your dog. PNG files with transparent backgrounds print cleanest, but we can work with almost anything.
Add text and style it.
Draw freehand if you want something loose and handmade.
Build a monogram from initials.

Drag, scale, and rotate anything you place. Zoom in to line it up exactly.

3. Check your preview

You'll see a live preview on the actual garment as you work, with a dashed guide showing exactly what fits inside the printable area. Anything inside that box gets printed.

What you see in the preview is what we print. We don't redraw your design, we don't email you a proof, and we don't hold your order waiting on approval. That keeps things fast — and it means the preview is worth a careful look before you check out.

4. We print it in Los Angeles

Every order is printed to order by hand in LA. Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets drop-shipped from overseas. Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. During busy stretches it can run a little longer, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Returns on custom pieces

Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days. Customized items are final sale — they're made specifically for you and can't be resold. That's the tradeoff for made-to-order, and it's why the live preview matters. If something arrives damaged or we printed it wrong, that's on us and we'll fix it. Just reach out.

Bulk, team, and business orders

Running a team, a small business, an event, or a merch drop? Bulk pricing kicks in automatically: 20% off at 10+ pieces, 30% off at 20+, 40% off at 30+.
