Processing Time
Every item at Rose Print Collective is custom printed to order in Los Angeles — we don't keep pre-printed inventory sitting on a shelf. Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions) processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.
Shipping Options & Rates (U.S.)
Transit time is in addition to the processing time above.
- Standard — $8 flat. Free on orders of $40 or more.
- Express — $15.
- Local delivery — Free within 10 miles of our Los Angeles shop.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 10 business days, please reach out.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but if your order arrives damaged or you believe it's lost, contact us at Evan@roseprintcollective.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
