What Makes a Great Blank Tee for Printing
Fabric weight
For custom printing, 4.5–6 oz ringspun cotton is the sweet spot. Light enough to wear comfortably, heavy enough to hold a print without the ink showing through the back. Our tees use 100% ringspun cotton — softer than standard cotton and built to last wash after wash.
Ringspun vs. open-end cotton
Ringspun cotton is spun tighter, which means a smoother surface and better print adhesion. Open-end cotton is cheaper but rougher — you'll feel the difference and so will your print.
Fit and sizing
A great print on a boxy, ill-fitting shirt still looks cheap. Look for blanks that offer a clean, modern fit across a full size range. We carry S–2XL on all styles.
